At LuxFleet, we aim to provide a great service. We know that things can change, and you may need to ask for a refund. This policy explains how refunds work on our platform.
Subscription Refunds
For monthly plans, we offer a partial refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of your billing cycle. After 14 days, you can still use the service until the end of your billing period, but no refund will be given for that period.
For yearly plans, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we offer partial refunds based on the time left in your plan, minus a 20% admin fee.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email our support team at support@luxfleet.app with your account details and the reason for your request. We will process it within 5 business days.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your LuxFleet plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your LuxFleet account
- Go to Account Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the steps to finish the cancellation
You can also email support@luxfleet.app with your account info and a request to cancel.
What Happens After You Cancel
After you cancel, your account stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose access to the full platform and your account will drop to a limited free tier.
You can download your data before your plan ends. We keep user data for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted for good.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not happy with our service or have a concern about a charge, please contact our support team first to sort it out.

- Email our support team at support@luxfleet.app with details of your concern
- Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days
- We will look into your concern and work with you on a fix
- If we can't reach a solution, you may pursue other dispute options
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and quickly. In most cases, we can handle concerns through our support process without the need for formal steps.
