Refund Policy
At LuxFleet, we strive to provide a high-quality service that meets the expectations of our users. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for the LuxFleet platform.
Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a pro-rated refund if you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your billing cycle. After 14 days, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remainder of that period.
For annual subscription plans, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we offer pro-rated refunds based on the remaining time in your subscription period, less a 20% administrative fee.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@luxfleet.app with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will process your request within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your LuxFleet subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your LuxFleet account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
Alternatively, you can email support@luxfleet.app with your account information and a request to cancel your subscription.
Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After this period, you will no longer have access to the LuxFleet platform and your account will be downgraded to a limited free tier with restricted features.
You may download your data from the platform prior to the end of your subscription period. We retain user data for 90 days after subscription cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with LuxFleet's services or have concerns about a charge, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to resolve the issue directly.

- Our team will acknowledge your issue within 2 business days
- We will investigate your concern and work with you to find a resolution
- If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you may pursue external dispute resolution options
We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. In most cases, we can address concerns through our customer support process without the need for formal dispute resolution.
