LuxFleet provides a platform for luxury car owners to digitize, track, and manage their vehicle collections. Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that:

You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant LuxFleet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content for the purpose of providing our services.

You represent that your content:

  • Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Does not contain any malicious code or malware

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
