What a documented luxury collection looks like

A first look at LuxFleet: one garage for the cars you own, and a complete record for each of them.

The paperwork never stays in one place

A collector can usually find one service invoice. The full set is harder. The title is in a safe, the warranty sits in a dealer portal, and the latest work is in an email thread. A spreadsheet is supposed to hold the fleet together. It falls behind the first time a car goes in for service.

LuxFleet is built for that gap. You keep the lineup in one garage, and each car has its own record. This post is the overview. Documents, maintenance, and costs will each get a closer look in later posts.

Open one car

Basic details on the left, technical specifications on the right: the Information page for a 2016 Porsche 911.

This is the screen you want when a specialist, an insurer, or a buyer asks what the car actually is. Ownership, category, and identity are on one side. Mileage, engine, fuel, drivetrain, and transmission are on the other. The packages that change the car are written out, and so is the condition.

You fill this in once. After that, the answer is on the page instead of in a folder you have to reconstruct.

The rest of the file is on the same car

Documents, maintenance, and expenses live next to this page, on the same vehicle. Service invoices, the title, and the warranty stay with the car. The service history stays with the car. The cost of owning it stays with the car. Those three are large enough to deserve their own posts, so this one stops at the map.

What you can already see is the shape of the product. The collection is a list you can scan. Each car opens into a record you can trust.

Where to start

A complete file makes a car easier to maintain and easier to explain when it is time to sell, insure, or hand it to a shop. That is the job of LuxFleet.
